Really enjoyed the way our big and perfect king room on the upper floors was arranged.

Also, location was peaceful and unbeatable, within a close distance from Las Hadas Golf Course.

I had the king room which was large on the upper floors. Location: the hotel was very close to everything-shopping, stores and food places and La Audiencia Beach. I was happy to find Sonora's Meat, it was just a short walk away from the venue and served nice food.

The hotel was clean with very amiable and decent staff in the second shift. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, the food was good. Highly recommended for one night.

The hotel was fairly clean and in a favourable location, the staff were nice. Liked the reasonably spacious and perfect king room on the upper floors and the way it was setup. Was a vacation base for weekend.

No way is this a 4 star hotel. I prefer to have my bill paid on line so I know what I am paying. This Hotel did not give me the price I was quoted on line they charged me the posted rate at the front desk!!!!!

I like the hotel and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I also like the fact that it was clean and nice hot water.

Not much that I did not like. Only comment is that the hotel could do with a little revamping to bring it up to its potential. Update the tiles and a little paint would do nicely;)

The best aspects of my stay at this hotel were the cleanliness, the hotel facilities, the location close to the beach, and the friendly staff. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a lovely pool and a good restaurant with a buffet breakfast. The location was convenient, as it was easy to drive to several nearby beaches and the hotel was also close to the beach. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making sure that all my needs were met.

It was clean and tidy and the room was a good size for the 3 of us. We had to request an extra towel but it came within minutes..and the pool are was quite pleasant.

We were on the ground floor so suffered noisy children running in the halls. Our toilet did not flush well at all. The pool bar was closed down.

The rooms are spacious and perfect with a shower with hot water. This is a particularly good location in Manzanillo:)))
